A. Yes we can deliver in-house training on a wide range of topics. To ensure our clients receive the best value for their training investment, we follow this process:
We meet with you (at your premises or use video/phone conferencing, if out of Auckland) to discuss your training requirements - the outcomes you are looking for, how you will measure improvements, budget, time-frame and a brief on attendees.
We take this information and put together a proposal that includes a training session overview and investment required.
Once we receive the go-ahead, we custom design the in-house session.
We contact you a few days prior to training to see if you have any last minute instructions regarding session content.
We deliver the training in-house for you. Our facilitators are highly experienced and responsive to the needs of the group.
Evaluation & Debrief
All participants fill in an Evaluation form on completion of training. These are used as part of the debriefing meeting which take place after training.
A. Yes we do. The company can notify us when booking a participant that they would like follow-up support or they can arrange that after the course. People do respond differently to training, so post-course support will vary from person-to-person.
To continue the learning & development beyond the course; we have all participants fill in a ‘Where to from here?’ page in their training manuals. This has an Action Plan where they list the key areas of improvement they will be working on in weeks/months following the course.
A. Fees for in-house training are influenced by a number of factors: how much customising of content is required, number of attendees, duration, location, any special equipment or training materials etc. Overall, an in-house course is very cost-effective and often is less expensive than sending the same people to a public course.
A. Our courses are limited to 10 people (for presentation skills it’s 6) and most a run only 3 or 4 times a year. Because of this the courses often fill up before scheduled course dates. To avoid disappointment of missing out on the date you want to attend, it’s important to book weeks in advance.
A. Most companies who use our services prefer to pay training fees by direct credit. Because we have very few requests (one or two a year) for credit card payments; at present we don’t offer this service.
